Ororo was sitting on her balcony, sipping green tea from a cup. She was lucky that her room had a small view of her garden. It wasn't her old room in the X-Mansion, but it was better than constant battle for survival a few years ago, where you had to be lucky to have a bed to sleep in after the day had been over.
She decided to abandon the thought of looking for her friends, but instead, Ororo decided to go and tend the garden for a little while. Putting the cup neatly on the small wooden table, Ororo's eyes turned to white as the wind picked up around her. She extended her arms a little bit and lifted herself up. Ignoring the snowy white hair billowing around her face, Storm lowered herself to two small glass greenhouses that where located below her room. She softly smiled and went to the first plant, an orchid and moved her hand over it, creating a small could over it. The tiny cloud rumbled and soon little droplets of rain started to fall over the beautiful plant. "Grow my friend," Ororo said and proceeded to do so with the rest of her small garden.

Logan made his way outside having just came from the Danger Room after everything that had happened they had to reteach the students everything they had been teaching them was useless now. What they had taught them wouldn’t do a damn thing against the Doomsday clones other then how to die faster. No one really liked having to learn these skills but it wasn’t debatable even the older X-Men had to learn not to hold back when fighting them. He had been charged with that training for both the students and the adults.
He stopped walking long enough to light a cigar before he started walking again. Heading for Ororo’s garden it was one of the few places he could always find her or to be alone. Not to many places one could go on an island to be alone. “Missed you in training today.” he said coming up behind the white haired woman watching her tend to the plants while he waited for her answer as to why she skipped training,

"If you are going to be in my presence, my friend, put that dreadful thing out," Ororo said and straightened her back. She turned around and smiled, showing Logan she didn't mean for the comment to be harsh. "Or at least let me point the smoke in another way," she chuckled and pointed one finger in Logan's direction, making the slight breeze of wind change the direction of the smoke, so it didn't come near her. Most of it was just a distraction in avoidance of the question Logan asked her.
"I admit I do not like to fight Doomsday clones, but then again who does," Ororo carefully picked her words. It wasn't like her to skip training, but she had a bad case of loosing control over her emotions the last time X-Men were fighting them in real. As a raging Storm, Ororo almost killed half of the survivors the team was supposed to save, due to a case of tornado gone bad. "I am afraid to lose control over my emotions like it happened a few times before. I guess, I am also afraid of hurting my friends," she looked up at Logan, feeling a bit foolish at the moment. "I can remedy it with an individual practice sometime if you feel up for it."

Powergirl spends her afternoons in Neo Egypt with her wife and friends. But she regularly patrols areas she knows have humans living in secret safety away from the Doomsday clones. She uses the numerous satellites still orbiting the earth to keep an eye on the entire planet simultaniously. But the world is a big place and while Power Girl is now a hyper advanced cyborg, she is still a living being capable of flaw. She doesn't catch all or even most, but she does the best she can.
She keeps an uplink from herself to most active satellites, including weather satellites. She is sitting at home when she notices an extremely minor atmospheric anomaly in the area of utopia. Power Girl is laying on a couch inside her wife's gigantic and awesome house with her eyes closed. She had been searching through her own memories. She's able to transform the memories into digital signals and use the cybernetic hyper advanced portions of her brain to project a kind of faux virtual reality into her minds eye, allowing her to literally re-live moments from her past. It has been the only way Power Girl has managed to reconnect to who she was formerly.
She hadn't been to Utopia in a long time, so it was worth checking out now. How the Mutants had managed to defend it against the doomsday clones would be interesting to know, perhaps the doomsday clones simply hadn't shown any interest in it. Being that it's near Utopia, it's probably storm, and being that it's so minor, it's probably nothing terribly dangerous. But heading out to make friends and acquaintances wasn't such a bad idea...Unfortunately, so much of her interpersonal interaction skills have been fried by the reboot as a cyborg, she isn't even sure she'll be able to say hello.
Karen sits up and moves through the house. She's currently wearing a mere tee shirt and panties, but is able to adorn her Power Girl outfit less than a second later. About half a second later from that, she's screaming across the upper atmosphere at speeds in excess of mach 3. It takes her less than a few minutes to reach Utopia. She decides to approach cautiously, but she is still moving fast enough to appear as a blurr till she stops and centers in on the area she noticed the erratic weather patterns, and when she finds storm, she actually smiles a little.
It's likely that Power Girl and Storm did not cross paths often. Power Girl spent more time working with the Justice League, Teen Titans and Avengers, and probably hardly any time at all working with the X-men. She hasn't got anything against them, it just never came up.
She floats in the air above the green houses and simply watches, making no effort to hide her presence, she simply isn't sure how to approach, though she does want to approach. Powergirl is one of the many heroes thought of as dead. When Superman died she lead an offensive against the clones at ground zero and was counted among the casualties of that battle.

Logan didn’t budge when Ororo wanted him to put out his cigar instead she ended up moving the smoke away from her. He would have put it out after another puff or two. “No one but if someone did we probably should be worried.” he leaned on a nearby tree. “You ain’t the only one who ended up losing themselves while fighting those things…” he trailed off before sniffing the air they weren’t alone anymore. The scent wasn’t familiar but there was something else there whoever it was had the stink of Spiral on them which probably wasn‘t good.
He moved over in front of Ororo as if to protect her his claws extending. “Who ever you are ya better show yer self now!” he growled out looking up at the sky right where Power Girl was at. He might not be able to fly but Ororo would give him a lift up there to attack whoever it might be. They didn’t need people spying on them or playing peeping tom they had enough to worry about with out adding something else to it.
