Later on in the plot, what will happened to the other criminals? Is it possible to make underground prisons so that the criminals can be placed in them?

Why not have separate prisons, like on Avengers: EMH? Have the RAFT, Bighouse, and Cube, all in different locations, and under the watch of different teams? Have the League in charge of one, the Avengers in charge of another, and so on?

There's hardly anyone left on those teams to watch over it plus there's always the chance the clones will find them.

True, though that would be fun part of it, the heroes having to decide if they should save the prisoners, or let the clones kill them. Also, there are enough teames, I think, to do the job. |

We don't besides who would be locked up there? Loki? Amora? those two would find a way to get free.

Why even have prisons? Really you only need them for those who can't be easily stopped. Wouldn't a prison be a waste of resources in such a post apoch setting?

It would be and besides with everyone changing like they those people would most likely be killed then locked up.

Seeing how this is already here, I was wondering the state of Arkham Asylum Is it still functioning or just a abandoned building at this point in time. Seeing how it would be a waste of revenue to uphold.

Abandon and probably in ruin maybe it could probably use a good cleaning unless you like rolling around in the dirt and dust.
